The Ministry of Health in Egypt on Wednesday, wounding a child at the age of two years of bird flu (5 H, 1), bringing the number of people infected with the disease since it emerged in the country to 111 cases.
The ministry said in a statement that the girl went to hospital yesterday, suffering from high temperature after being exposed to birds suspected of being infected with the disease.

The Egyptian Agriculture Minister Amin Abaza announced in early July, said his country was prepared integrated national strategy to eradicate avian influenza in the country permanently during the next five years.
Abaza said that the new strategy comes an update to its counterpart which was developed in 2007 to reduce the cases of the disease which led to the deaths of more than 20 Egyptians so far.
