China: Fatality Recently Is From January 2012 (Update)

And a 2nd article regarding the recent H5N1 fatality.  It appears they are speaking of a fatality in January 2012:

The State Ministry of Health had announced in January last year, a fever patients diagnosed Guizhou bird flu fatalities. The patients with the disease, January 6 Guiyang Medical College Hospital intensive care unit on the 19th into the ward and later died, the deceased was a 39-year-old man.
