#Coronavirus Saudi Arabia MOH Statement of the National Committee on the latest scientific developments in the new corona virus

Committee met national scientific Infectious Diseases and the National Scientific infection control today Friday, 07/07/1434 AH, which includes representatives from the ministries (Defense, Education, Interior, Higher Education, Health) and the National Guard and the General Organization for King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center and Saudi Aramco headed His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. / Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah to discuss the latest developments in disease new Corona typical virus, briefed the Committee on the report of the visit of His Excellency the Minister and the Ministry of Health leaders and specialists to the province of Al-Ahsa, visit the World Health Organization (WHO) experts.
 
The committee confirmed that the infected cases and thankfully limited and that the actions carried out by the Ministry of Health to reduce the spread of this virus are in line with scientific and global standards, as the committee noted that the cases recorded Ahsa began less thankfully.
 
The Committee stressed the national scientific Infectious Diseases and the National Scientific infection control that this virus is not known yet how its spread and its source and there is no cure qualitative or vaccine of its own and work is underway to access more information about this virus at all levels of scientific within the Kingdom and around the world.
 
The committee pointed out that all health sectors in this beloved country working together to ensure the health and safety of citizens and residents, and follow the instructions issued by the Ministry of Health and the Scientific Committee for Infectious Diseases and the National Scientific Committee to fight infection.
 
She committees as recommended by the Ministry of Health to follow the general guidelines for personal hygiene, especially when coughing and sneezing, wash your hands and avoid direct contact with wounded and suspects.
 
The committee also stressed the lack of being misled by rumors and news emanating from non-state actors, and that the information and recommendations and guidelines approved according to regulations issued by the Ministry of Health.
 
The committee pointed out that the vessels to issue any restrictions on the schools to the lack of scientific evidence supports it, as is the case with respect to the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
 
Committees called everyone not to worry and not to publish false information that misleads the public and adversely affect the credibility of the reports of official bodies in this beloved country in scientific and other forums.
