According to Shanxi Provincial Health Department briefing, Shanxi Province on the 17th confirmed ill 2-year-old girl in Changsha County in Hunan Province after the incidence. Taiyuan, Shanxi and Hunan Huaihua recently diagnosed two cases of human infection of highly pathogenic avian influenza cases, the delay in Changsha County in Hunan Province and Huaihua City, the two places to start a public health emergency Ⅱ-class emergency response, with two close contacts of patients for medical observation. As at 12 o'clock on the 20th, all in close contact with no abnormal clinical manifestations

Hunan Provincial Department of Health inspectors Liu told reporters that local health departments in Hunan, Changsha, Huaihua City, County and two of about 140 close contacts with patients for medical observation, including relatives of patients to participate in treatment, and transshipment of medical personnel, drivers and others to observe a period of seven days, since the disengagement from time with patients.
