Indonesia: Cipatat, West Java
A KLB was declared on 4/7, in Cipatat. 11 chickens died, tested positive, belonging to Isom Supandi (70) resident of Kampung Andir RT 02/14, Desa Ciptaharja, Subdistrict Cipatat. 2 families (10 people) who lived next door, moved to relatives houses for fear of catching bird flu. Report that patients above have returned home.
