حدَّدت وزارة الداخلية في بيان أصدرته الثلاثاء 28 ديسمبر 2010، فترات ومواقع الصيد لهذا العام 1432.
The Interior Ministry said in a statement issued Tuesday, December 28, 2010, periods and locations of fishing for the year 1432.
وذكرت الوزارة أن حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين حرصا منها على الحفاظ على الحياة الفطرية في البلاد، فقد حظرت وبشكل قاطع ما يلي:
The ministry said that the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, anxious to preserve the wildlife in the country, has been banned outright as follows:
أولا: حظر صيد الطيور الفطرية المهاجرة بجميع أنواعها وبأي وسيلة كانت، خوفا من انتقال مرض إنفلونزا الطيور إلى الإنسان والدواجن من خلال صيد هذه الطيور والاحتكاك بها.
First: the prohibition of hunting wild migratory birds of all kinds, by any means whatsoever, for fear of transmission of avian influenza to humans and poultry during the hunting of these birds and the friction.
