مجلس الوزراء ناقش أنفلونزا الخنازير وحذر من انتشارها
ذكر بيان إعلامى صادر عن غرفة العمليات المركزية بمركز المعلومات ودعم واتخاذ القرار بمجلس الوزراء، أن عدد الحالات التى تم اكتشاف إصابتها بفيروس إيه (إتش 1 إن 1) المعروف عالمياً باسم أنفلونزا الخنازير فى مصر بلغ 69 حالة منهم 51% مصريون، وذلك حتى الساعة 12 ظهر يوم 1 يوليو، حسب نتائج الفحص المعملى وبيانات وزارة الصحة.
وأشار البيان إلى أن الحالة رقم 67 لشابة مصرية الجنسية عمرها (22 عاما) قادمة مع أسرتها من أبو ظبى ووصلت لمطار القاهرة يوم 28 يونيو، وكان قد ظهرت عليها أعراض المرض يوم 27 يونيو، حيث تم تحويلها بواسطة فريق الحجر الصحى بالمطار إلى مستشفى بالقاهرة يوم 28 يونيو، وتم إعطاؤها العلاج المناسب وحالتها الصحية مستقرة.
ولفت إلى أن الحالتين رقم 68 ورقم 69 هى حالات مخالطة لحالات إيجابية، اكتشفت إصابتها سابقاً منهم بنت الحالة رقم 66 للسيدة العائدة من العمرة.
وأعلنت وزارة الصحة شفاء وخروج 43 حالة بنسبة 62% من إجمالى الحالات التى أصيبت بالمرض من المستشفيات، وذلك حتى يوم 30 يونيو، كما أكدت أن باقى الحالات وعددها 26 حالة تتلقى العلاج وحالتها الصحية مستقرة. وتم فحص 38 حالة اشتباه لأنفلونزا الخنازير من محافظات القاهرة والشرقية والجيزة وحلوان والإسماعيلية والغربية وبورسعيد والمنيا والمنوفية وجنوب سيناء ودمياط، وجاءت النتائج المعملية جميعها سلبية، كما تم فحص 38 حالة اشتباه لمرض أنفلونزا الطيور من 11 محافظة، وجاءت جميع النتائج المعملية سلبية.
وبلغ عدد الطائرات التى تم مناظرتها 9150 طائرة، وذلك وفقاً لتقرير الحجر الصحى خلال الفترة من 1 مايو حتى 29 يونيو 2009، كما تم خلال نفس الفترة مناظرة 1094 سفينة و9 سيارات، واستقبلت البلاد خلال الفترة السابق ذكرها مليوناً و415 ألفاً و650 راكباً، قادمين من البلاد الموبوءة، تمت مناظرتها جميعاً.
وأفاد تقرير الحجر الصحى، أنه خلال يوم 29 يونيو فقط تمت مناظرة 246 طائرة بها 36031 راكباً و41 سفينة بها 3215 راكباً، كما بلغ عدد القادمين من المنافذ البرية 1226 شخصاً، وتم مناظرة جميع الركاب وعددهم 40 ألفاً و472 راكباً وتوجد 4 حالات اشتباه لمرض الأنفلونزا المستجدة، وتم عزلهم فى المستشفى فى انتظار نتائج الفحص المعملى.
وأوضح البيان الإعلامى الصادر عن غرفة العمليات المركزية بمركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار بمجلس الوزراء، أن إجمالى عدد المكالمات الواردة للخط الساخن "105" خلال الفترة من 1 مايو وحتى 29 يونيو 130ألفاً و937 مكالمة بواقع 130 ألفاً و937 استفساراً عن مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير والطيور و11523 بلاغاً عن تربية طيور و825 بلاغاً عن تربية الخنازير و637 بلاغاً عن نفوق طيور 176 بلاغاً عن نفوق الخنازير.
وأفاد بيان الخط الساخن، أنه خلال يوم 29 يونيو توزعت المكالمات الواردة للخط، كالتالى 1645 استفساراً عن مرض الأنفلونزا و6 بلاغات عن تربية خنازير و108 بلاغات عن تربية طيور منزلية بالمدن و7 بلاغات عن نفوق طيور.
وعقدت غرفة الأزمات المركزية بمركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار برئاسة مجلس الوزراء اجتماعها الدورى اليوم لمناقشة تداعيات وتطورات المرض على المستوين المحلى والعالمى، حيث تمت الإشارة خلال الاجتماع إلى تأكيد الدكتور نصر الدين السيد مساعد وزير الصحة للشئون الوقائية وعضو غرفة العمليات المركزية بالمركز على خطورة أنفلونزا الطيور بنفس قدر خطورة أنفلونزا الخنازير، وإشارته لوجود 125 بؤرة مصابة بأنفلونزا الطيور فى مصر منها 60 بؤرة لأهالى تقوم بالتربية فى المنازل.
وناقش الاجتماع أيضاً إعلان مساعد وزير الصحة عن وجود 2700 حالة اشتباه بأنفلونزا الطيور فقط خلال شهر يونيو 2009، بمعدل 45 حالة فى المتوسط يومياً، وهو عدد كبير جداً مقارنة بالسنوات الماضية ومقارنة بوضع المرض على المستوى العالمى.
وأوضح الدكتور نصر الدين، أن منظمة الصحة العالمية وضعت فى أحد تقاريرها مصر على قائمة تضم 5 دول تم تصنيفها على وجود مشكلة، خاصة داخلها فيما يتعلق بأنفلونزا الطيور، وهى مصر وإندونيسيا والصين وفيتنام وتايلاند.
وأشار الاجتماع إلى أن هناك عدداً من الدول التى سجلت ارتفاعات مفاجئة وأعداداً كبيرة من المصابين بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير على مستوى العالم خلال فترة قصيرة، ومنها شيلى والأرجنتين وإنجلترا وأستراليا. ويجرى التنسيق بين وزارة الصحة والتعليم العالى بشأن بحث مدى إمكانية استغلال المدن الجامعية فى حالة حدوث جائحة، حيث يتم حصر كامل للأسرة الموجودة بالمدن الجامعية لإمكانية استغلالها فى المستقبل.
وتطرق الاجتماع إلى موقف الحالات المصابة فى مصر من حيث جنسيتها، فهى كالتالى: 51% من الحالات المصابة بالمرض فى مصر هم مصريون لم يسافروا، بل خالطوا أجانب قادمين من الخارج، 21% من الإصابات يحملون جنسية مزدوجة، و27% من الحالات التى تم اكتشافها من الأجانب. وأكد أن قرار تأجيل العمرة أو الحج لن يتخذ إلا بناء على الوضع الوبائى للمرض بالسعودية وموقف حالات الإصابة بها
