The Palestinian health minister says seven people from one extended family have been diagnosed with swine flu.
Health Minister Fathi Abu Mughli says two siblings returning from the US infected five of their relatives in the northern West Bank village of Barka. In total, 11 Palestinians in the West Bank have contracted swine flu. About 300 Israelis have been diagnosed with swine flu. (AP)
