Spain says one swine flu case not been to Mexico

MADRID (Reuters) – Spain has detected its first case of swine flu in a person who has not recently visited Mexico, Health Minister Trinidad Jimenez said on Wednesday.

Authorities have confirmed 10 cases of the disease and 53 other cases are under investigation. So far all had been of people who had recently returned from Mexico.
