According to MARD, from early 2012 to date on avian influenza H5N1 has reappeared in Quang Tri, Thanh Hoa and Soc Trang. In addition, Thai Nguyen, Bac Lieu, Ha Noi, Nghe An, Kien Giang has suspected bird deaths due to H5N1 avian influenza. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will receive a new outbreak of H5N1 influenza outbreak on a large scale.
