Aichi, Japan the first two cases of bird flu confirmed as H7N6-type

Daily News March 6: Day 6 MAFF issued a press communique said that the Day 2 at Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, found the second case of bird flu finally confirmed as caused by H7N6 virus.

The communique says that the findings of the avian flu cases found in the local before the first cases of the same, are infected with the H7N6 virus. Because of bird flu were found in two farms of about two kilometers apart, however, the source of infection and infection routes exist in common the possibility of very high, the parties concerned will conduct the relevant investigations.
