SERANG, SATURDAY - Thousands of Serang regency, Banten, have a contagious disease of tuberculosis (TB) due to poverty and poor environmental sanitation.

"TB disease transmission is very high due to the findings of new cases has increased," said the Head of Health Services Center Lung tuberculosis in Serang District Health Office, Hj Oom Romlah, in Serang, Saturday.

He said that, during the time the findings of 1590 cases of TB patients and 41 people died as a result of these diseases fell ill broadcaster.
