Vietnam: TPHCM: Detecting additional 4 students and 1 teacher with positive influenza A/H1N1

* There are 352 cases positive for influenza A/H1N1

Department of Health and Environment (Ministry of Health) for 18-7 days, Vietnam has recorded 07 more cases positive for influenza A/H1N1, these cases are in the South, in that, 4 students and 1 teacher at Central District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. Cases this year are 1 in contact with other students in class have been identified positive with influenza A/H1N1 dated 15-7-2009.

Cases of illness have been taken to hospital for treatment for months, but people are exposed to the disease of the monitors in accordance with regulations.

Up to 17gio on 18-7-2009, Vietnam has recorded 352 cases positive for influenza A/H1N1, no deaths. 299 patients had a hospital, 53 cases are currently being re-isolation, treatment at hospitals in health status is stable, without serious complication.

Ministry of Health continues to recommend that: Over the last year, has detected a case of influenza A/H1N1 infection is of entering through the border gate road, has recorded some cases of infection in schools. People from areas of Vietnam and growing, especially in the near future, students study, the risk of flu A/H1N1 Bùng spread and develop into outbreaks in schools and communities are high.
