Quang Ngai Province recently announced bird flu (H5N1) in Son Tinh district. According to the Veterinary Department for the month 10-2011 Quang Ngai province, the bird flu in the Son Tinh District has strongly re-outbreak of poultry disease, destroying about 20,000 children and still are spread over wide area.
