Bringing together veterinary and human influenza researchers
The Oxford influenza conference, Influenza 2012, will address most aspects of basic and applied research on zoonotic and human influenza viruses. The conference invites proposals for podium and poster presentation in the following general areas of avian and mammalian influenza:-
- Molecular virology and immunology
- Antiviral drugs and vaccines
- Virulence and pathogenecity
- Epidemiology and evolution
- Mathematical models
- Surveillance and contingency strategies
- Viral detection and identification technologies
All presentations will be held in the Edward Boyle Auditorium, Jacqueline du Pré Music Building, St Hilda's College.
