Vietnam-Disease hand-foot-mouth-is increasing in Ca Mau

Nhan Dan - The provinces of Ca Mau health sector, the province has so far detected and treated 315 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease, more than doubled over the same period the year before this night.

Hand-foot-mouth disease usually occurs in children aged 6 to 36 months. Virus can spread rapidly from child to other children, mainly through the mouth, especially in preschools and kindergartens. The first manifestation of the disease are children fever, fatigue, anorexia, with expression as red spots in mouth then into water and bumps appear on the palms of the hands and feet of children.
