لقي مواطن وشقيقته من محافظة الدقهلية مصرعهما فى الحال بمستشفى دمياط بعد إصابتهم بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور .
وكان اللواء "عمر عبد اللطيف"مدير امن الدقهلية قد تلقى اخطارا من مستشفى دمياط بتوفى حالتين من عائلة واحدة بمركز منية النصر بالدقهلية حيث توفيت "اشتياق حمدى السيد" بعد اصابتها بمرض انفلونزا الطيور اثناء حملها وتوفى شقيقها بعدها بإسبوعين والذى يدعى "محمد حمدى السيد "بعد اصابته بمرض انفلونزا الطيور ايضا حيث قامت حملة طبية بزيارة نزل المتوفين وتبين انهم يقومون بتربية الطيور بمنزلهم بالدقهلية مما ادى الى عمل ماسحة لجميع المخالطين للمتوفى وتبين ان النتائج جميعها سلبية.
وتحرر عن ذلك المحضر اللازم بعد تطهير المنزل من الطيور والتشديد بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة بمنع تربية الطيور داخل المنازل.
