He explained, so far it only rely on aid from the United Nations FAO, but from 2012, the assistance of FAO only until March 2012.
"In addition to the allotted time is limited, the amount of aid is also reduced, whereas in 2011 the operational assistance provided to ration 16 days per month, is now reduced to eight days each month.
FAO deliberately reducing grants, with the hope that more local governments play an active role to tackle bird flu attack in their respective regions.
"It is unfortunate that both 2011 and 2012, the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) Provincial and district / city nothing is agreed to fund bird flu in the Budget Revenue and Expenditure (budget) each," he said.
The team noted PPFB Bengkulu Province in 2011, the positive poultry bird flu virus infected as many as 143 birds.
"Areas that are found positive poultry bird flu virus, among others, the city of Bengkulu, District Kepahiang, Lebong, Rejang Lebong, Seluma, Bengkulu Bengkulu North and Central," he said.
He explained that the citizens need to increase awareness of Bengkulu province in January 2012 because of the bird flu virus began attacking dozens of poultry that is in Tangerang Banten province and two people died after direct contact with avian bird flu positive.
"From 2005 until January 2012, a total of 162 Indonesian people died from bird flu virus, the mortality rate is the largest in Southeast Asia," he said.
