BANDUNG (Sindo) - the Netherlands and West Java Provincial Government follow up bilateral cooperation agreement for the deal, control, and overseeing the bird flu virus in West Java.

Memorandum of understanding (MoU) was agreed in 2006 by the government of Indonesia and the Netherlands. Director of Animal Health and Food Safety Netherlands Alida Oppers claim to pay a visit to West Java to explore the direct cooperation between the Netherlands and Provincial Government West Java. He said the cooperation is not included in the delivery of animal blood samples to overseas, but the direct examination conducted in the laboratory that has been established. In addition there are also victims of the blood sample research bird flu.

"We will focus more on next year, and West Java is also a focus for bird flu eradication," said Alida.
