19 chickens died Suddenly

[oversaturation of poultry dying, residents do not wait for authorities to give a diagnosis, the local garbage collector burns them, in his everyday apparel. Because they are worried about bf. But...wait....there are no bf outbreaks in people...at least that we know of...so it seems they are overreacting. But why would they do that? Most stories report that they want compensation for culled poultry, are reluctant to inform authorities because their poultry would be culled, or, are just not informed enough on bf to inform the authorities. Yet here, they can't wait for the authorities, and go ahead without them.]
