Indonesia: MUK (15) Improves; Residents Only Had Flu & Common Cold...

 MUK (15), a resident of the village of Navan, Patebon, Kendal, Central Java were treated in special hospitals Soewondo Kendal as suspect bird flu, began to improve. However, these patients still have to undergo treatment and remain isolated for up to 7 days.

It was announced by the Director Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Suwondo Kendal, Darsono Suhartono, Monday (24/12). Darsono explains, until recently it was still awaiting the results of blood tests in the laboratory patients.
"The results of the examination in the lab, then we know two days," said Darsono. He hoped that the patient's condition continues to improve, so they can move again as before.
Meanwhile, the Chief Medical Officer Kendal Widodo claimed, besides MAK no longer citizens suspected of bird flu virus. From some of the people who present at health post in the village of Navan, none of whom suffered from bird flu. Residents only had the flu and common cold. "We no longer find people with bird flu to humans. All are safe," he said.
