This is an excerpt from an article below. This situation is what happens without health intervention. I believe that our Tamiflu is what prvents these situations. That and the authorities making sure everyone takes it. Note the article mentions that there isnot mobile signal in a radius of 15-25 km. Also noted, the 2 that were returned, diagnosed with a cold, were apparently assessed promptly. The other 15 must have more than a "cold"...or they would have been returned also.
