AGREEMENT FORMULATION The Pilot Project of Avian Influenza Control and Pandemic Influenza Preparedness in Tangerang, Banten Province sponsored by Ministry of Health, Singapore conducted the coordination meeting of Pilot Project of AI Control in Tangerang, Banten Province with all stakeholder that held in Jakarta, on February 4, 2009. The meeting was attended by 50 participants from Directorate of VBDC, Singapore Embassy, Japan Embassy, MoH Singapore, and other (list of participant as enclosed) [which I can not find] After formal opening speech and presentation from Secretary General of DC & EH followed by presentation from : 1. Director of VB&DC (represented by Director of Infection Direct Disease Control), 2. Director of Animal Health,MoA (represented by Director of CMU) 3. Head of Pilot Project Secretariat 4. Head of Health Services in Banten Province 5. Head of Livestock Services in Banten Province 6. Head of Health Services Tangerang District 7. Head of Livestock Services in Tangerang District
