In fact Eka could will be helped the medical side, but has been late because of casualties already in agony. This was marked by the condition for casualties that already convulsions. The daughter of the youngest child from the couple Julianti (34) and Basir (38 ), villagers Harapan, Kecamatan Walenrang, of Luwu this contracted inflammation of the lungs and breathless.

Casualties's family then protested and really regretted the death of this child. According to their assessment, in fact casualties were still could be rescued. Only the hospital side immediately did not handle casualties, on the basis of maintenance space has been full by the other patient. Rahmat, casualties's uncle who was met by BKM in RSUD Sawerigading, had said since his niece was reconciled to treat inap by the doctor, Eka had not gotten the maintenance from the doctor.

"My niece entered the hospital in struck 14,00 Wita, last Thursday. But just got the maintenance from the afternoon doctor the next day when the patient already convulsions," obviously him.

He also admitted to being disappointed with the achievement of the medical official in RSUD Sawerigading. The problem, not there is any doctor take care of that could be asked to help when the patient has begun convulsions.

"I already went around and looked for the doctor take care of, but just half an hour afterwards just had the doctor who appeared. That too when my niece has begun to be critical," he said.

The Temporary official (Pjs) Director RSUD Sawerigading Palopo, Dr Rusdy that it was confirmed, yesterday admitted to not yet knowing this matter. "Forgive me the deck, I did not yet receive his report. I now still be in Jakarta," he said when being contacted via the mobile phone.

Now the paediatrician RSUD Sawerigading, Tanty F Takahasi that was met in runag his work, denied these charges. According to him, this patient has received the medical action in accordance with the procedure since entering the Intensive Care Unit.

"Untrue if being considered to be slow by the doctor gave the medical service. Because since entering UGD, the patient at once got the action from the doctor take care of. I have checked his medical note," said Tanty.

He explained, the patient when entering UGD, it was known suffered inflammation of the lungs and breathless. "Inflammation of the lungs was indeed very risky was suffered by children. At first again for the child was three months old," he revealed.

Tanty also stated his readiness to undergo the process of the law if quite true charges of the patient's family on negligence of the hospital side. "If quite true we were slow, please reported to police. We were ready to face the process of the current law," he stressed.
