ISLAMABAD, Mar 02, 2009 (Asia Pulse Data Source via COMTEX) -- Newly established Ministry of Livestock and Dairy Development has failed to form appropriate strategy to curtail the spread of Bird flu across the country. According to details the poultry farm owners have increased the rates to avoid the expected loss in the form of Bird flu as the Siberian birds have started migrating to Pakistan with the advent of summer season.
According to reliable sources, the Federal Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development Humayun Aziz Kurd was unable to understand his ministrys affairs nor he has made any recommendations. The sources further said that despite of forming the new ministry, no attention was being paid to form appropriate strategy and in case of no proper planning spread of Bird flu was expected once again.
