#H7N9 chopping block in restaurants experts say food can be cross-infection

For the Guangzhou restaurant chopping tested positive H7N9 avian influenza virus, Zhongshan University, Head of Department of Microbiology, Dr Paul CHAN Kay believes that reflect the range of the virus spread more widely, I believe the epidemic will continue in the short term, and even more serious.
