#H7N9 Hong Kong 3rd Confirmed Case Avian Influenza; connected to Shenzhen visit


Xinhua Hong Kong, January 8 (Reporter Zhao Jingjing) Centre for Health Protection, Department of Health, Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region 8, said that Hong Kong new case of human infection of avian influenza H7N9 confirmed cases, the patient was a 65-year-old man, which is Hong Kong's first three confirmed cases.

A CHP spokesman said the center will send letters to all hospitals in Hong Kong told the latest situation. This center has been informed of confirmed cases of the World Health Organization, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, as well as health and quarantine authorities in Guangdong and Macau.
