Reconciled:  Private Clinic in Kisugu, Kampala

Confirmed:  Positive

Notes: 

·       Pregnang

·       Treated for Malaria in Kisugu Clinic

·       Traveled back to Kabale, had a miscarriage

·       Diagnosed & confirmed in Mulago Hospital

·       Alerted by the MOH when she was arriving so they could take precautions
