S. Korea confirms 15 more flu cases

SEOUL, June 27 (Yonhap) -- South Korea has confirmed 15 more cases of the new influenza A, including five children, bringing the nation's total number of flu infections to 197, health authorities said Saturday.

The 15 individuals tested positive for the H1N1 virus, with most having contracted the disease through direct contact with other patients, the health ministry said in a statement. A total of 65 patients, including the newly infected, are being treated at state-designated hospitals.
